Disease presentation
Under diagnosed, the disease involves skin, joint and bone with potential complications associated with proliferation of lymphocytes. The diagnosis relies on combined clinical, biological and imaging components.
Main clinical symptoms
Transient skin rash (mild at first followed by red macules or plaques)
Elevated but well tolerated fever
Bone pain
Joint pain with possible lesions
Biological signs
Presence of monoclonal immunoglobulins (IgM)
Increase of erythrocyte sedimentation rate
Therapy
- Anti-IL-1 (Anakinra)
