Disease presentation
The diseases are characterized by chronic osteitis with potentially transient or non-concomitant cutaneous symptoms. The diagnosis is supported by bone imaging and score algorithm.
Main clinical symptoms
Bone/joint pain (spine, anterior chest wall, pelvis, knee, etc.)
Skin rash (acne & pustulosis on the palm of hands and under the soles of the feet)
Fever

Therapy
- Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
- Corticosteroids (prednisone)
- Immunomodulating drugs (methotrexate)
- anti-TNFα or bisphosphonate
